Sawyer's 1st Birthday!!

I can't believe that my baby is 1 yr. old! This year has gone by so fast

its crazy, he is so big and doing new things everyday. He started

walking two months ago and now he is just all over the place.

Some words that he is saying are: mama, dada, wawa(water), baba(bottle or baby or lots of other things!), bampa(grandpa) and my favorite "uh oh", that he says with his hands held out and an exaggerated O shape with his mouth!

Some of the things that he loves to do are: pull everything out of the cupboards, his blue blanket, his daddy, brushing his teeth, taking baths,

eating off of others plates even if he already ate, his big boy carseat and any cellphone he can get his hands on!

He has the best facial expressions and such cute big brown eyes like his dad.

He is such a happy fun kid and I love spending my days with him. I love being

his mom and I feel so blessed to have him in my life.

We had such a fun party with family and friends. Soy Loved

having cake, he just went crazy stuffing it in his mouth and banging it and surprisingly he ate almost the whole thing! Soon after it all came right back out! We had to take a quick bath in the middle of the party from the major blow out! Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us and for all the gifts! Soy is so Lucky to have such supportive, loving people in his life!

This is the face of seeing bubbles for the first time! I know kinda weird I've never done

bubbles with him, except for bubble baths, but he was so excited!

He kept saying "Whoa!" it was so cute!

HALLOWEEN!!

Halloween is such an eventful day at the Morgan household, we were so happy to be here in all the action! The day started off with the Candy Bowl football game Jared put together with all of his brothers and some friends, the weather was great and there were lots of sore tired boys after!

Another tradition that my mother in law does is make homeade

sugar donuts for all the trick or treaters that they know

and for parents who are taggin along with the little ones. It is such a

fun thing to do and such a fun tradition. Debbie woke up

early and made the dough then let it rise for a while, then we rolled

and cut out all the donuts, then let them rise some more, and then fried and coated them. So its an all day thing, and we ended

up making 250 donuts! Crazy!

Our fun friends Jen and Dominic and their two cute kids also came to spend the day with us! Here we all are cookin our hearts out sporting our aprins!

October Festivities!!

THRILLER

My mother-in-law Debbie and I went to Thriller the dance production

at Kingsbury Hall last night, and it was amazing!

The dancers are all so talented and are able to dance so many different styles. We had a blast, there were creepy people walking

around scaring everyone before the show, the atmosphere was so

fun, I loved every second! I highly recommend going. It was the best way to get into the Halloween Spirit!

We also had the chance to go to the REAL Salt Lake soccer game with my family! I had never been to a game before it was my first! The stadium is so cool and really pretty, I really dont think that there is a bad seat in the house! It was a pretty cold and rainy night but it turned out ok. REAL played NY and won! It was so much fun!

Sawyer got to go to the pumpkin patch with his Grandma Morgan and uncle Ryan and had a blast! Debbie, my mother in law, said that he was so happy the whole time and just cooing and grunting at all the big orange balls! He loved it! So cute!

Baby Roman Morgan is finally here!

My best friend Lisa had her baby boy this week!

We are so happy that he is finally here after 20 hours of labor,

weighing 9 lbs. 1 oz. and 20 inches long. He is a big boy even

after being 2 weeks early! He is still so tiny and cute though with

fat rolls on his wrists already and a full head of thick black hair! Lisa did so good durring labor and is feeling great, she is my hero! We love you

Roman Welcome to the world!

Sawyer didnt really know what to think about this whole thing and would get so jealous when I, and especially Jared, would hold Roman! It was cute! Im sure they will grow up to be good friends!

First trip to the ER!

Two days ago I was at my moms house and my little sister was feeding sawyer on the counter, my mom and I were down stairs in the basement and heard a big bang and then my sister Sydney just started screaming. My mom and I ran upstairs to find that Syd had reached away from Sawyer to grab something and Sawyer took a nose dive over her arm and off of the counter! He was hysterical, I was hysterical, my sister was hysterical, it was was so sad. I thought that maybe he would be ok but soon he started turning pale and his head started swaying back and forth, it made me really nervous so I called our pediatrician and he said to go to the ER. I kind of lost it after that, I probably kinda overreacted but it was so scary and this is the first time Sawyer has ever gotten hurt or anything. Everything ended up being ok, the doctor just recomended that we monitor him for 24 hours, but it was a really sad day I hated it!
This whole weekend Jare and I have just been doting on Sawyer to the extreme! The whole experience just made us realize how much we love him and dont know what we would do if anything ever happened to him! He brings so many smiles and joy into our lives he is such a blessing, we just love him more than words can say. And my little sister felt so bad she cried for the rest of the day pretty much, but accidents happen and Sawyer is such a squirmy guy it could have happened to anyone. So dont worry Syd we still love you and think your a great aunt!
So our first trip, of many probably, to the hospital was horrible! I hope this doesnt become a reoccurring experience!

4th of July at Grandma's House

My Grandma and Grandpa live in this small town in northern California called Sebastipol. I have so many great memories there and I was so excited to take Sawyer there for the first time! My Grandparents are so amazing and fun, we had a great time for our 4th of July Weekend! We spent some time in their pool, we went to the beach and just hung out together. My Grandma was so happy to just get her own 4 days of Sawyer time!

This is my sweet Grandpa Harley, he loves to tease and make funny faces and noises at little kids and Sawyer did pretty well tolerating him and would often smile and laugh at him, but this one time Sawyer wasnt finding him to funny!!

Sawyer is such a little boy and loves to pee the second his diaper comes off! If you look closely by accident we caught him in the act! The look on his face is priceless!

Sawyer also sat up all by himself for the first time for like a whole minute! It was so cute but as you can see he loves the tv and I think that might of had something to do with it!

Summer Update

There has been so much happening the last couple of months I dont even know where to start! Jare and I are both finally graduated, I am loving staying home with Sawyer and Jare is working full time with no homework!!!! Sawyer is getting so big he will be 4 months old this week and he is going through his clothes so fast I can only get two or three wears out of them! Its crazy! Here is a bunch of pictures of what we have been up to! On May 5th Jare and I had our 3 year anniversary!

My parents took Sawyer and we went up to Midway for the night. We had so much fun, we stayed in a cute bed in breakfast called In on the Creek.

Jare and I both graduated from the U!

Sawyer has always loved his binki and still does but he has also found another friend!! I dont know how I feel about this.....

When it was actually warm at the begining of summer we took sawyer to the pool for the first time! he really loved it, even though he doesnt look that thrilled in this picture! He kicks and splashes with his hands its pretty cute!

We also went to Hawaii with our friends Lisa and Casey! We had a blast, and sawyer did so good! We had amazing weather and did some awesome snorkeling and beaching! It was such a nice vacation and definately deserved and needed for a graduation present!!
