First trip to the ER!

Two days ago I was at my moms house and my little sister was feeding sawyer on the counter, my mom and I were down stairs in the basement and heard a big bang and then my sister Sydney just started screaming. My mom and I ran upstairs to find that Syd had reached away from Sawyer to grab something and Sawyer took a nose dive over her arm and off of the counter! He was hysterical, I was hysterical, my sister was hysterical, it was was so sad. I thought that maybe he would be ok but soon he started turning pale and his head started swaying back and forth, it made me really nervous so I called our pediatrician and he said to go to the ER. I kind of lost it after that, I probably kinda overreacted but it was so scary and this is the first time Sawyer has ever gotten hurt or anything. Everything ended up being ok, the doctor just recomended that we monitor him for 24 hours, but it was a really sad day I hated it!
This whole weekend Jare and I have just been doting on Sawyer to the extreme! The whole experience just made us realize how much we love him and dont know what we would do if anything ever happened to him! He brings so many smiles and joy into our lives he is such a blessing, we just love him more than words can say. And my little sister felt so bad she cried for the rest of the day pretty much, but accidents happen and Sawyer is such a squirmy guy it could have happened to anyone. So dont worry Syd we still love you and think your a great aunt!
So our first trip, of many probably, to the hospital was horrible! I hope this doesnt become a reoccurring experience!

4th of July at Grandma's House

My Grandma and Grandpa live in this small town in northern California called Sebastipol. I have so many great memories there and I was so excited to take Sawyer there for the first time! My Grandparents are so amazing and fun, we had a great time for our 4th of July Weekend! We spent some time in their pool, we went to the beach and just hung out together. My Grandma was so happy to just get her own 4 days of Sawyer time!

This is my sweet Grandpa Harley, he loves to tease and make funny faces and noises at little kids and Sawyer did pretty well tolerating him and would often smile and laugh at him, but this one time Sawyer wasnt finding him to funny!!

Sawyer is such a little boy and loves to pee the second his diaper comes off! If you look closely by accident we caught him in the act! The look on his face is priceless!

Sawyer also sat up all by himself for the first time for like a whole minute! It was so cute but as you can see he loves the tv and I think that might of had something to do with it!

Summer Update

There has been so much happening the last couple of months I dont even know where to start! Jare and I are both finally graduated, I am loving staying home with Sawyer and Jare is working full time with no homework!!!! Sawyer is getting so big he will be 4 months old this week and he is going through his clothes so fast I can only get two or three wears out of them! Its crazy! Here is a bunch of pictures of what we have been up to! On May 5th Jare and I had our 3 year anniversary!

My parents took Sawyer and we went up to Midway for the night. We had so much fun, we stayed in a cute bed in breakfast called In on the Creek.

Jare and I both graduated from the U!

Sawyer has always loved his binki and still does but he has also found another friend!! I dont know how I feel about this.....

When it was actually warm at the begining of summer we took sawyer to the pool for the first time! he really loved it, even though he doesnt look that thrilled in this picture! He kicks and splashes with his hands its pretty cute!

We also went to Hawaii with our friends Lisa and Casey! We had a blast, and sawyer did so good! We had amazing weather and did some awesome snorkeling and beaching! It was such a nice vacation and definately deserved and needed for a graduation present!!

Last Winter Weekend

A little while ago Jared went with all his buddies down south for a bachelor party weekend for their friend Scott, so I went with my family up to our cabin for a couple of days. We went snowmobiling, ate food, played tons of games and just hung out. We had a blast! Sawyer did great too! I was a little nervous to take him on the snomobile I thought it might scare him, but I was wrong it put him right to sleep! He is such a good baby, and he looked so cute in his snow outfit! All the snow was almost melted, we barely had enough places to snowmobile, so it looks like that will be our last run for the winter.

WICKED

This past week my syblings, Jare and I went to get

some yummy sushi at Takashi then went to Wicked downtown!

I had never seen it before but love the soundtrack and so I was

so excited to see it. It was amazing! The singers were amazing! The set

was amazing! We had a blast. I

Loved it so much I just had to get a T-shirt that said

I Heart Wicked!

Also a little bonus, President Monson and President Uchtdorf were

there the same night as us. They were so cute saying

Hi to everyone. At intermission President Monson was waving

his hankerchief over the balcony to everyone below!

He is such a cute man.

Like Father Like Son

Every day Sawyer is changing and getting cuter and cuter! He also is starting

to look so much like his dad. We are so lucky he is such a good baby, when he is not sleeping or eating(which is more often than not! I feel like a human pacifier!) he

loves to just lay there and look around with his cute big eyes.

He is also starting to smile which is so fun. Some things that sawyer loves are: his binki,

the baby swing, taking baths, peeing when his diaper is off!, riding

in the car, and when we tickle his oh so kissable cheeks!

We are having so much fun with our adorable son! We just cant get enough!

Our Little Addition to the Family!

Friday morning at 12:18 our little Sawyer Lee Morgan was born at 8 pounds 21 inches and a full head of hair! We are so excited to start our lives with this perfect little boy. We are so in love him and cant believe we ever lived without him! Its so fun to finally see his adorable face and get to know his personality.We LOVE being parents! And we LOVE Sawyer!

Sawyer loves his binki already! If he doesnt have something to suck on he is unhappy! Its so early to have a binki I think but it was better than choking on his fingers!

Jared is such a proud father! We are obsessed you could probably say!

He has the biggest feet! They are so long and I can fit one of my fingersinbetween each of his toes!

Labor and delivery went so good and was a lot easier than expected, it all went so fast! Epidurals are amazing! The after math is the hard part! I feel lucky everything went so well and fast though, and with such a cute reward I cant complain!This is Sawyer going home from the hospital in his cute hat that uncle Garrett made for him!
